Jar of Hearts

Well things have been going better than I ever expected. The gig at the mall was awesome! Everybody seemed to really love our music. Lots of people even asked me for my autograph. Can you believe it? But the best news ever, (get ready to jump up and down, scream and yell) we got another gig at the county fair!!!!!! Woot, woot, woot! I'm so excited I'm about to explode. Wonder how I'd be if we ever got famous! What songs do you think we should do? Do you have a favorite?

Just one small snag in all this happiness and excitement. I broke up with my old drummer boyfriend. I found out he had more girlfriends than I have colored eye contacts, and trust me, I have every color you can imagine. Savannah just doesn't know how lucky she is. Luke is not only hot (what an understatement) he is so sweet and so totally into Savannah, he doesn't even notice anybody else.Well drummer boy is history but I have this song stuck in my head now. Welcome to Taylor's World

Hi and welcome to my world. I am a singer/songwriter and I am Savannah's BFF in Children of the Lost Moon. I am so excited! I auditioned for a new indie group called Manifest. You are not going to believe this. I made it! They called me and told me I was their new female lead singer and rehearsals start tomorrow. Woot!!! Our first gig is in a couple of weeks at the mall. It's for some kind of pet thing. I'll give you all the details later.

I love indie groups! Right now I'm really liking Youth Lagoon. I love that song "July." Trevor Powers is definitely a one man show! How about you? What indie artists/groups do you like? Let me know!
